And Then There Were Books

As a young child i was always interested in mystery stories and mystery movies. I loved the "whodunnit" aspect of a horror/thriller story and enjoyed unmasking the killer and motive behind the culprit. The first movie that got me into this genre was "Silence of The Lambs"...Probably not the most appropriate movie to watch at the age of 7. The movie itself opened my eyes as to the great thrill ride of a mystery story and left me wanting to watch more movies about it (Also terrified me.) I then decided to watch "Scream" which i absolutely loved. I loved every sequel of the franchise and would totally recommend it to any horror/mystery lover. When i was younger i also used to read "The Diamond Brothers" books as they were amazing and always contained a good twist and reveal at the end. So about a year ago i was in Waterstones and came across a book called "And Then There Were None," which i had previously heard of due to it's huge following and iconic stature. I had heard of Agatha Christie just because i knew my granny loved her books so i thought to myself "maybe i should buy this? Or is this too dated for me?!" Well anyways i bought the book and it was one of the best purchases i have ever made. It has an amazing story with twists, great character development and a jaw dropping ending. I don't wanna go into more here but please go on and read my first review of "And then there were None" and comment with your thoughts on the book itself :)
